Medical Director (Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, Part-Time)

Candidates should possess a Medical Degree (MD or DO) and be board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry, along with a valid medical license in the state of operation. They should have at least 8 years of clinical experience in psychiatry, with a preference for experience in behavioral health settings, and a strong understanding of healthcare operations and data analytics.
The Medical Director will regularly evaluate systems, tools, and processes to ensure Psychiatrists can efficiently and effectively provide care, provide strategic leadership to support growth and innovation on the Psychiatry team, manage cross-functional projects to drive results, partner closely with the Quality team to enhance clinical care and monitor outcomes, manage clinician escalations and quality concerns, support clinician professional development, participate in external activities such as webinars or conferences, dedicate approximately 16 hours per month to providing clinical care, manage direct reports including clinicians and program managers, provide clinical consultation, serve as the subject matter expert for Psychiatry, and use quantitative and qualitative data to drive improvements.
