This is an on-site position in Mandaluyong, with no remote work option, and candidates must be amenable to working night shifts.

Candidates need 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account, good knowledge of medical billing/census, familiarity with US Healthcare Insurance like Medicare and Medicaid, excellent English skills, and soft skills including empathy, problem-solving, adaptability, and proficiency in computer systems.
