  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Medicine, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Genomic Sciences) or related fields with applications in health (e.g., Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, QFB, QFI), with estimated graduation in July 2026 or later
  • Advanced level of English and proficiency in digital tools
  • Genuine interest in applying knowledge to understand and contribute to improving diseases affecting the population
  • Organizational, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills; ability to handle information in a structured and methodical way
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal relations, motivation, and willingness for continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a high-level scientific and medical team, providing support in managing relationships with key opinion leaders in various therapeutic areas to meet requirements for executing medical education programs
  • Actively contribute to the construction, integration, monitoring, and proper safeguarding of medical information related to main therapeutic areas
  • Provide key support in medical area governance processes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal Lilly policies to generate better outcomes for more patients
  • Support administrative management of purchase orders, payments to healthcare professionals and academic societies, ensuring traceability and compliance with established processes
  • Use internal platforms such as Supplier 360 (Ariba, AP, WwTP, C3, CM LATAM), TLMAP, Veeva Events, and others to track operational processes in the area
  • Contribute knowledge, propose new ideas, and implement projects that optimize daily activities of the medical team and cross-functional teams
  • Understand key needs of the health ecosystem, collaborating in the development of innovative digital tools that strengthen interaction with main stakeholders and generate sustainable results for patients
