Responsibilities

Lead and execute medical affairs activities post-launch of HIV prevention medicine, aligning with strategic brand goals and cross-functional teams
Provide scientific and medical expertise to develop and implement launch plans, including educational initiatives, advisory boards, and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with commercial, market access, and regulatory teams for optimal product positioning and market introduction
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of medical initiatives during launch, identifying improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical affairs activities, materials, and communications
Support implementation of regulatory-mandated materials, including risk management, partnering with relevant teams
Cultivate trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders as a scientific expert on HIV prevention
Respond to medical information queries and disseminate accurate scientific and product information
Represent the company in medical/scientific discussions, advisory boards, healthcare meetings, and congresses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, market access, health outcomes, regulatory, clinical development) for strategy alignment
Work with medical field team (MSLs, nurse advisors) to deliver educational content, materials, and events
Participate in strategic account teams to provide appropriate educational materials for healthcare professionals
Participate in cross-functional decision-making forums, providing medical expertise to shape strategies
Ensure all activities comply with GSK policies, ABPI Code, and regulatory guidelines
Stay updated on external regulatory changes and provide input to adapt processes
