Requirements

  • Comprehensive theoretical and practical understanding of technology powering generation, monetization, and distribution of linear and digital video/audio content
  • Experience with systems including Playout Technology, Studios, Production Control Rooms, Remote Production, Post-Production, Contribution/Distribution Systems, Networking, Cloud Compute, Production Software, and Virtual Environments
  • Ability to work closely under the direction of senior engineers and 3rd party partners

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, source, and construct media technology environments enabling acquisition, production, storage, streaming, and distribution of content
  • Resolve issues affecting production, broadcast, and content distribution across DEEP&T networks, including system outages, malfunctions, and related technical problems
  • Conduct diagnostic testing, repair, and maintenance on affected systems
