Requirements

  • Clear and articulate communication when speaking to internal and external stakeholders as well as vendors
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment by staying organized, calm, and focused while efficiently multi-tasking and working at a fast pace
  • Open to college sophomores, juniors, seniors
  • Relevant major or previous internship experience with interest in long-term employment preferred
  • Availability for 20-40 hours per week during January–March (8 weeks), on-site, full-time internship

Responsibilities

  • Support Creative Innovation: Explore how emerging technologies can enhance the creative development process. Assist in identifying tools and workflows that streamline design, personalize messaging, and elevate brand storytelling across campaigns
  • Channel & Platform Exploration: Conduct research and provide insights into new and evolving media channels. Help assess the potential of platforms like TikTok, audio streaming, and other emerging formats to reach and engage target audiences. Collaborate on pilot programs and test-and-learn initiatives
  • Trend Monitoring & Strategic Insights: Stay on the pulse of media, consumer, and cultural trends. Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations that inform campaign strategy, audience targeting, and content development
  • Performance & Optimization Support: Assist in tracking campaign performance across channels. Help identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting
