Requirements

  • Werkervaring op een P&O-afdeling (stage-ervaring telt ook mee)
  • Initiatief, nauwkeurigheid en een gezonde dosis humor

  • Praktische kennis van en ervaring met de VVT-sector en digitale HR-systemen (zoals Visma, Topdesk en ONS) is een pré

Responsibilities

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden: beantwoorden van vragen en geven van advies (bijv. over CAO, mutaties in Visma), telefonisch en via servicemanagementsysteem LISA
  • Verwerken en bevestigen van mutaties en (leer-)arbeidsovereenkomsten
  • Opstellen van diverse overzichten, zoals bezetting en verzuim
  • Voeren van arbeidsvoorwaarden-, exit- en onboardingsgesprekken
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over proces- en systeemverbeteringen
  • Bijdragen aan het opstellen, aanpassen en implementeren van HR-regelingen en procedures
  • Ondersteunen van de planning en organisatie van P&O-activiteiten en projecten
  • Bereikbaar zijn tijdens loketuren (09.00-12.00 en 13.00-16.00) voor vragen; buiten deze tijden administratieve taken en ondersteuning van P&O-teams uitvoeren

What is the salary range for this position?

The salary ranges between € 2.511,31 and € 3.733,75 based on the CAO VVT for full-time, depending on experience.

Is this a full-time or part-time role, and what are the working hours?

There are two part-time positions: one for circa 20 hours per week with a one-year contract (extendable), and another temporary role for 16–28 hours per week replacing maternity/parental leave for 1 year. The P&O-loket is open daily from 09.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00 for handling inquiries, with administrative tasks outside those times.

What skills and experience are required for this role?

Preferably an HBO diploma in HRM or MBO-4 level with relevant HR experience, work experience on a P&O department (internships count), accuracy, customer focus, priority-setting skills, strong communication, and preferably knowledge of VVT-sector and HR systems like Visma.
