Responsibilities

Develop and execute MSL Plan
Monthly report to CML/CMH (dashboard)
KOL face to face interactions according to global KPI guidance and adapted to country or TA specificities (list SMART expectations)
Develop and actively participate in execution of KOL engagement plans (as agreed with CML/CMH)
100% compliance with CRM usage: min 2x/week updates of HCP interactions; KOL engagement plans fully up to date; integrity of data
Gather, analyze medical insights and share appropriately (measured by feedback from cross-functional and MA partners)
Disseminate information related to Shire TA and products, in accordance with Shire policies and as directed by manager
Use Core Communications Objectives as a strategic guidance for external communication
Keep up-to-date in relation to TA expertise, product knowledge, MA skills and SOP (measured by SABA, feedback from manager and partners)
Spend less than 20% of the time in internal meetings, i.e. prioritize HCP focused activities
