Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute MSL Plan
  • Monthly report to CML/CMH (dashboard)
  • KOL face to face interactions according to global KPI guidance and adapted to country or TA specificities (list SMART expectations)
  • Develop and actively participate in execution of KOL engagement plans (as agreed with CML/CMH)
  • 100% compliance with CRM usage: min 2x/week updates of HCP interactions; KOL engagement plans fully up to date; integrity of data
  • Gather, analyze medical insights and share appropriately (measured by feedback from cross-functional and MA partners)
  • Disseminate information related to Shire TA and products, in accordance with Shire policies and as directed by manager
  • Use Core Communications Objectives as a strategic guidance for external communication
  • Keep up-to-date in relation to TA expertise, product knowledge, MA skills and SOP (measured by SABA, feedback from manager and partners)
  • Spend less than 20% of the time in internal meetings, i.e. prioritize HCP focused activities
