Responsibilities

  • Supervise subcontractor scope of works and ensure team members understand responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily diary notes and documentation
  • Interpret project specifications and drawings to guide construction activities
  • Provide input on construction sequences and methods throughout all stages
  • Plan and monitor short-term programs, upcoming work, and resource levels
  • Ensure safe and efficient movement of materials, plant, and equipment on site
  • Attend site meetings and report on matters related to mechanical works
  • Manage workforce compliance, including start/finish times and documentation
  • Ensure the effective coordination of onsite Mechanical related construction activities, direct wages employees, plant resources and subcontract teams to achieve effective performance from all parties to ensure the safe and successful completion of the project on schedule and to the specified quality
