  • Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
  • 1–2 years of experience in mechanical design of plastic and metal parts for electronic products (internship experience is acceptable)
  • Experience with stress and strain evaluation for plastic and metal designs
  • Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and rapid prototyping techniques
  • Understanding of plastic molding and metal fabrication processes
  • Awareness of design principles that facilitate assembly and production
  • Basic knowledge of electromechanical connectors and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Use 3D CAD tools to design plastic and metal parts for electronic boxes
  • Support rapid testing to validate design requirements
  • Support design troubleshooting and implementing solutions
  • Support parts fabrication, product assembly, and production processes
  • Prepare technical drawings, design reports, test plans, and documentation
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Assist in designing mechanical tests for design verification
