Requirements

Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
1–2 years of experience in mechanical design of plastic and metal parts for electronic products (internship experience is acceptable)
Experience with stress and strain evaluation for plastic and metal designs
Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and rapid prototyping techniques
Understanding of plastic molding and metal fabrication processes
Awareness of design principles that facilitate assembly and production
Basic knowledge of electromechanical connectors and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Use 3D CAD tools to design plastic and metal parts for electronic boxes
Support rapid testing to validate design requirements
Support design troubleshooting and implementing solutions
Support parts fabrication, product assembly, and production processes
Prepare technical drawings, design reports, test plans, and documentation
Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure product quality and reliability
Assist in designing mechanical tests for design verification
