Requirements

  • HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Aerospace standards, such as DO160
  • Experience of drafting and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
  • Very good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems

Responsibilities

  • Delivering engineering and scientific efforts related to the design of new products and services and new designs for customer projects
  • Delivering projects through the design, verification, production and, if required, commercialization stages
  • Working within a cross-disciplinary organization executing projects to support technology portfolio strategy
  • Coordinating closely with Discipline, Research, and Testing teams as needed
