Responsibilities

Ensure the success of vehicle repairs by following quality requirements, assembly instructions, repair instructions, and occupational health and safety during interventions
Comply with vehicle repair instructions and know the procedure to diagnose and repair faults in the company's different vehicles
Diagnose and repair vehicles, including revisions, changing steering bearings, brakes, and/or tires, among others
Occasionally perform minor welding processes (e.g., stands, installation or repair of the rear part of the carrier and/or battery lock, among others)
Check that components used in repairs and assemblies are in perfect condition (no dents, scratches, anomalies, etc.)
Code the interventions performed through the company's defined system and perform the technical closure of each work order (OT) handled
Propose improvements in processes, products, and internal methodologies to optimize response time, quality, minimize incidents, and offer better service
Collect information to study data, draw conclusions, and report incidents to the supervisor for generating corresponding reports
Comply with the objectives set by the company's management
