Responsibilities
Engage and assist members by making recommendations and answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood; prepare special cuts as ordered
Cut, grind, and/or process fresh meats to company standards
Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company standards
Showcase available products in the meat case and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Fully stock meat, seafood, prepared foods, and cheese cases; rotate products according to expiration dates
Follow guidelines for disposing of damaged and/or expired products
Clean and sanitize all equipment, display fixtures, areas, meat cooler, freezer, and refrigerated display cases
Inspect and store meat upon delivery
Support overall club standards, including merchandising, signage, cleanliness, and team goals
