Knowledge of meat cutting standards and company packaging standards
Ability to assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full service deli
Capability to prepare special meat arrangements and cuts for Members
Commitment to maintaining all sanitation and safety standards in the meat department

Responsibilities
Engage and assist Members by making recommendations and answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by Members
Cut, grind, and/or process fresh meats to company cutting standards
Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards
Showcase all currently available products in the meat case and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Carry out job functions as assigned and support flawless execution
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
Maintain Grand Opening Look (GOLD) daily with commitment and pride
