Ability to receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, including grinds
Knowledge of meat, poultry, and seafood to make recommendations and answer member questions
Skills in cutting, grinding, and processing fresh meats to company cutting standards
Ability to weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards
Capability to maintain appropriate inventory levels and showcase products in the meat case
Understanding of sanitation and safety standards within the meat department
Commitment to club policies, procedures, compliance, honesty, integrity, and member-focused service

Assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full-service deli
Assist in meat selection and prepare special meat arrangements for members
Maintain all sanitation and safety standards in the meat department
Engage members by providing assistance, making recommendations, and answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by members
Cut, grind, and/or process fresh meats to company standards
Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company standards
Ensure the meat case showcases all available products and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Carry out job functions as assigned and support flawless execution
Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, ensure a safe and positive environment, and uphold GOLD club standards daily
