Ability to weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards
Capability to maintain appropriate inventory levels and showcase products in the meat case
Commitment to maintaining all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department

Responsibilities
Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, including grinds
Assists in merchandising of seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full service deli
Assists in meat selection and prepares special meat arrangements for Members
Engages and provides assistance to Members by making recommendations and answering questions regarding meat, poultry, and seafood
Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members
Cuts, grinds, and/or processes fresh meats to company cutting standards
Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards
Ensures the meat case showcases all currently available products and maintains appropriate inventory levels
Maintains all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department
Supports flawless execution, acts with member in mind, ensures safe and positive environment, embraces inclusion and diversity, and delivers GOLD club standards daily
