The position is Monday through Friday, first shift, with overtime and Saturdays as needed. Finish time is when work is completed and could require overtime without notice.
Candidates must be skilled as a specialty meat cutter using knives, have a minimum of one year experience as a meat cutter, and be able to work in a fast-paced production environment while reading specifications and doing basic math.
The role requires working continually in a refrigerated environment of 35°F-45°F, with onsite work involving standing continuously, frequent lifting of 11-50 lbs, and maintaining sanitary conditions per GMP.
