Responsibilities

Configure and maintain the Reltio MDM platform, including entity data models, attributes, relationships, match/merge rules, and survivorship strategies across key domains such as customer, product, or HCP (healthcare professional)
Design and develop Reltio workflows, validations, and data quality rules based on business requirements
Integrate Reltio with source and downstream systems using REST APIs, ETL pipelines, or cloud-native tools
Partner with business analysts and data stewards to implement data stewardship workflows and enable ongoing data governance
Monitor Reltio environments for performance, data quality issues, and enrichment opportunities
Support platform upgrades, configuration changes, and performance tuning activities
Build and maintain reliable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions ensuring consistency, accuracy, and governance of core enterprise data
Work with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to configure and support MDM platforms like Reltio
Ensure data quality, enable stewardship workflows, and support the overall data governance strategy
Enable a unified view of business-critical data domains such as customer, product, and healthcare provider
