Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the Reltio MDM platform, including entity data models, attributes, relationships, match/merge rules, and survivorship strategies across key domains such as customer, product, or HCP (healthcare professional)
  • Design and develop Reltio workflows, validations, and data quality rules based on business requirements
  • Integrate Reltio with source and downstream systems using REST APIs, ETL pipelines, or cloud-native tools
  • Partner with business analysts and data stewards to implement data stewardship workflows and enable ongoing data governance
  • Monitor Reltio environments for performance, data quality issues, and enrichment opportunities
  • Support platform upgrades, configuration changes, and performance tuning activities
  • Build and maintain reliable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions ensuring consistency, accuracy, and governance of core enterprise data
  • Work with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to configure and support MDM platforms like Reltio
  • Ensure data quality, enable stewardship workflows, and support the overall data governance strategy
  • Enable a unified view of business-critical data domains such as customer, product, and healthcare provider
