Requirements

  • Current student enrolled and pursuing an MBA with a Bachelor’s or Master’s undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar background
  • Strong application of business acumen and technical skills, demonstrated through extracurricular projects, research, internships, or work experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on using data to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn about the clean energy industry and to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to build trust and work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in market or customer requirements research, with the ability to communicate findings and their impact on business strategies

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decisions

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency
  • Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with team members to develop, refine, and implement business strategies that align with the company’s goals
  • Presentation Development: Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with various internal teams, such as finance, operations, and marketing, to gather input and ensure alignment on key projects
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Customer Insights: Conduct research to gather insights on customer needs and preferences, aiding in product development and marketing strategies
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives and projects
