Requirements

  • Prior experience: 5+ years in high-impact functions like consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or startups; sales, sales operations, or strategy experience a plus
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's from a top school preferred

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & planning: pull ongoing and ad hoc reporting for weekly/quarterly business reviews and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Systems and operations: identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes (e.g., in Salesforce.com or other tools) to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Sales Enablement: build programming and content for new hires to ramp up quickly, track effectiveness metrics to identify top/bottom performers, and scale learnings
  • Roll up sleeves in a fast-scaling environment: tackle daily problems while building for the long-term
  • Daily work in Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel; collaborate frequently with stakeholders in sales, marketing, ops, product, finance, etc., to troubleshoot issues, review analyses, and build future-state processes and systems
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations to drive impact across the sales organization
