Strong candidates have 8+ years in VFX matte painting (2D/2.5D), leadership experience, expert software skills in Photoshop/Nuke/Maya, and production experience in high-end films or TV, with bonuses for DMP supervision, 3D tools, scripting, and generative workflows.
