Minimum 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain as Planner, Buyer, Master Scheduler or similar capacity
Experience as a People Leader with proven ability of effective communication with direct reports and leadership
High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Buyer/Planners to develop production/supply plans that consider forecasts, availability of materials, manufacturing capacity while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Identify and maintain the appropriate planning parameters in ERP systems to optimize subassembly production and raw material supply plans
Provide materials to manufacturing areas based on planned production schedules and ship finished goods to various distribution centers utilizing material handling equipment in support of management policies for customer delivery and inventory levels
Perform inventory control with use of Kanban avoiding under and over design levels
Take on additional responsibilities from Operations management
