Requirements

  • Enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program
  • Enrolled in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Operations Management, Business or related fields
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Skills for effective relationship building, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail
  • Available to start on May 18, 2026, and participate through August 7, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Support main project work for the implementation of Discrete Work Orders, SBS Warehouse Control, and electronic kanban
  • Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and discrepancy research
  • Support material planning and production planning to meet production demands
  • Monitor and report on material shortages, delays, and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sourcing, Engineering, EHS, Operations, and Quality
  • Help maintain and update accurate data in SAP ERP system
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects such as RCCP, RSP, Kaizen Blitz, 5-Whys, 6S, A3s, SPL, and more
  • Analyze material flow and suggest process enhancements
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership as needed
  • Participate in weekly internship update meetings, final report out, and presentation
