Responsibilities

Efetuar a análise e acompanhamento das necessidades de matéria-prima até ao "Phase-out" e respetivas encomendas
Analisar e registar a evolução do inventário de matéria-prima da Fábrica, verificando semanalmente as faltas de material nas fases de produção
Realizar o seguimento das necessidades de embalagens vazias e respetivas encomendas
Monitorizar o percurso do material até à sua entrada na Fábrica
Controlar o material em consignação
Apoiar e acompanhar as atividades do armazém
Assegurar e controlar a receção, armazenamento e expedição de materiais ou produtos, garantindo o correto acondicionamento de acordo com as exigências de cada finalidade
Verificar as faturas e enviar cópias para o armazém e contabilidade
