Requirements

  • Advanced standard of education (Bachelor degree or similar) with strong process thinking and solutions-oriented problem-solving skills
  • 4–7 years of experience in a Cath Lab, OR, hospital environment, or in a Supply Chain environment
  • Quality improvement mindset with a proven track record in data analysis and strong affinity with numbers
  • Ability to self-manage time, prioritize workload, and communicate effectively in Danish and English (verbal and written)
  • Project management and/or change management experience; Lean Sigma is a plus
  • Experience working in an international, multi-layered matrix organization
  • Expert or advanced proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Perform all ordering, receipt, storage, and consumption processes on-site for all products and suppliers in scope, and understand the interaction between the IHS system and hospital system(s)
  • Manage short UBD (Use By Date) items and reduce expiry risk
  • Monitor product phase-in and phase-out activities
  • Organize and coordinate product returns
  • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
  • Utilize the inventory management system to order products, book in delivered stock, ensure accurate storage and consumption scanning
  • Manage new product entries, obsolete products, stock levels, expirations, and conduct regular cycle counting with required activity data capture
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, requiring strong communication skills for effective collaboration
