High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
Ability to work in environmental conditions including cold room/freezers (-22°F/-6°C), fluctuating hot/cold temperatures, loud noises, and warehouse settings
Standing for full shift
Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Working at heights and regularly climbing ladders
Walk, stand, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs. on a continuous basis
May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, and handle packaged hazardous materials
Ability to read and write in English
Attention to detail
Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements
Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product and in the time requested
Verify the quality, type, and number of materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g., packing list)
Safely operate distribution equipment, as required (preferred experience with powered industrial trucks like order pickers)
