Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Standing for full shift
  • Ability to work in warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature (59–86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and/or freezer-room (minus 4 – 23 degrees F)
  • Regularly climb ladders
  • Walk, stand, reach, push, pull and lift up to 40lbs on a continuous basis
  • May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch and crawl
  • May handle “packaged” hazardous materials
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements
  • Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product and in the time requested
  • Verify the quality, type and number of materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g. packing list)
  • Safely operate distribution equipment, as required
