Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Standing for full shift
Walk, stand, reach, push, pull and lift up to 40lbs on a continuous basis
Regularly climb ladders
May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch and crawl
Ability to read and write in English
Attention to detail
Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
Work in warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature (59–86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and/or freezer-room (minus 4 – 23 degrees F)
Able to work with hazardous/toxic materials
Tolerate environmental conditions: Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Working at heights

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements
Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product and in the time requested
Verify the quality, type and number of materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g. packing list)
Safely operate distribution equipment, as required
