Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance (up to 50 lbs. lift/carry and push up to 70 lbs.)
Capable of standing for full shift
Able to work in environmental conditions including cold rooms/freezers (-22°F/-6°C), fluctuating hot/cold temps, loud noises, warehouse, working at heights, and with hazardous/toxic materials, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, and infectious agents
Must apply PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.) and strictly follow safety protocols and GMP standards
No previous work experience required (preferred: experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or related field; experience with warehouse equipment)
Skilled at independent work and task prioritization
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of methods to handle, process, and store specimens using a computerized system

Responsibilities

Receive and handle incoming raw materials
Facilitate the movement of materials, including hazardous materials, across the site
Maintain accurate inventory through receipts, adjustments, and cycle counts
Successfully implement safety and operational protocols
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals
