Requirements

  • ITE or GCE "O" Level or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in store/warehousing
  • Physically fit with no medical handicap
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Knowledge of store-keeping operations
  • Possess a valid forklift driving license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Carry out store responsibilities such as picking, packing, and storing materials and parts, entering data, and assisting with cycle counts
  • Cross-train within Distribution and other functions to ensure flexibility and capacity
  • Manage the picking and packing of finished products and accessories, perform data entry, and receive, inspect, count, and store materials and parts
  • Distribute materials and parts to end-users or production as needed
  • Release cargoes to forwarders
  • Support cycle count and document filing
  • Participate in ISO, EHS, 5S, and QSR activities, ensuring compliance with all environmental, safety, and handling requirements
  • Maintain systems and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR 21CFR, ISO 14001, and ISO45001
