Responsibilities
- Monitor Tableau/Oracle reporting to ensure dashboards are current, investigate and resolve issues
- Research and resolve issues preventing devices, shipments, materials, authorizations from moving through processes
- Communicate with representatives to rectify problems related to order cancellations, materials transactions, call center support, shortages, damage, nonconformances
- Prepare documents to route materials: shipping labels, work orders, bills of lading
- Input material movement transactions into Oracle and/or ERP systems
- Train and/or cross-train associates as a subject matter expert (SME) as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement and team building activities
- Ensure department documentation is accurate and up to date; partner with Engineering on changes
- Generate internal reports as requested by department leadership
- Conduct other duties as assigned
