Requirements

  • Experience with SAP, especially for kitting orders, assigning materials to production work orders, and transferring materials between locations
  • Ability to read and interpret production orders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both digital and manual documentation
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production support role preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Availability for 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (Friday overtime strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Attend team meetings and review communications (emails, updates) at the start of shift
  • Retrieve printed production orders and scan each component using SAP
  • Manually document components included in each order
  • Submit completed kits to the group lead for review
  • Perform back-flushing in SAP once the order is completed
  • Transfer assembled kits to designated production locations
  • Monitor inventory levels and request additional parts from the warehouse as needed
  • Collaborate with other material handlers to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
