Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in supply chain software and tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and scheduling software
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional working experience within the Aerospace industry
  • Familiarity with ARP4754, DO-178C, DO-160, and other flight control compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule, aligning with project timelines and stakeholder requirements. Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to meet production and Engineering targets
  • Support the development of Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning (SIOP) within the organization
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and streamline operations
  • Ensure all scheduling and planning activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards, maintaining documentation and records as required
  • Provide communication to the Supply Chain team and Program Management team to ensure potential MPS issues are mitigated
  • Perform other duties as assigned
