Candidates should possess an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic, Machine and Plant Operator, or a comparable mechanical education, along with prior experience in maintenance work. They should demonstrate responsibility, high independence, and flexibility, and possess good communication skills in German (B2 level) both verbally and in writing. Computer knowledge is an advantage, and experience in continuous shift operations is beneficial.
The Maschinenanlagenführer will be responsible for operating, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting production lines, utilizing digital control and data systems (e.g., SAP), and applying work systems (Lean Manufacturing). They will take ownership of a production line area, independently identify and resolve defects, support projects and test runs, perform maintenance and format changes, set priorities, and actively participate in daily prioritization processes. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, collaborate with support groups, and contribute to the overall technical condition of the production area.
