Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience owning marketing science deliverables, focusing on at least two of: tracking and measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing, data integration, or statistical modeling
  • B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management)
  • Proficient in common Microsoft 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with at least one data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and quantitative methods
  • Familiarity with statistical programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
  • Understanding of data architecture and APIs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and proactively communicate progress and challenges
  • Enthusiasm for learning and supporting team’s growth
  • Understanding of the purpose of key digital marketing channels
  • Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of digital media channels (Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, etc.) and how they interact
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and techniques (MMM, MTA, etc.)
  • Experience with digital media platforms (CM360, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with website analytics platforms (Google or Adobe Analytics)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital marketing data to uncover trends, solve problems, and identify opportunities
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights through storytelling and visualization
  • Design, build, and automate analyses, reports, and dashboards
  • Evaluate media performance and audience behavior across paid and owned channels
  • Support the development and execution of measurement frameworks and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior colleagues with analytics materials for pitches and proposals
