Requirements

  • Penultimate year of university, graduating in 2027 (must be clear from CV)
  • Ability to work full-time over the summer of 2026 (June/July-Aug/Sept)
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices, as well as an interest in the payments industry
  • Evidence of excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills and solution-driven work approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Fluency/professional level language skills in English and German
  • Full, permanent right to work in Germany (Visa will not provide sponsorship)
  • Submit CV in English

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of actionable marketing concepts, leveraging Visa's assets and personal expertise (e.g., research and data insights, payment trends, brand and sponsorship assets, creative origination, digital marketing solutions, local and global best practices)
  • Involvement in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated campaigns targeting multiple audiences, such as launch events and partnership activities
  • Measure and celebrate social impact by collecting data, compiling case studies, and producing reports
  • Bring new perspectives by considering new methods, new data sources, and new processes
  • Where needed, manage and/or brief creative, media, and/or third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery of marketing programs
  • Identify actionable consumer insights through the analysis of consumer transactional data and social media behavior
  • Create and maintain content
