Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree (must be a student for the entire internship duration)
  • Fluent in Polish and upper-intermediate (B2) level in English
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with good telephone etiquette
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support including preparing communications, maintaining schedules, assisting with onsite meetings when required
  • Maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow
  • Assisting in organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Working closely with other Business & Marketing Support Coordinators across the region and collaborating on projects:
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials like social media posts, blog entries, and newsletters
  • Manage calendars, coordinate with vendors, maintain databases, and organize marketing materials
  • Perform market research, collect audience feedback, and analyse data to track campaign performance
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers
  • Compile and present reports on marketing activities and campaign results
  • Assist the marketing and sales teams with a variety of office and administrative duties
