Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Dynamics, Wrike) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and support events outside standard hours
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company-hosted and third-party events, including tradeshows and customer forums
  • Support event logistics such as shipping booth materials, giveaways, and registration tracking
  • Help manage communications with vendors and partners, including ordering, scheduling and documentation
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials and ensure brand consistency
  • Provide onsite or virtual event support, including setup, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with lead tracking, data entry, and reporting in collaboration with the marketing operations team
  • Maintain event calendars, update project plans, place orders for customer retention efforts, and support budget tracking
  • Work closely with the Manager and Lead to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
