Requirements

  • Highly skilled and experienced in Product Marketing, particularly for consumer services business unit (payment & transaction services)
  • Deep understanding of the crypto and digital assets landscape
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the crypto/digital assets space
  • Experience as a strategic and creative Marketing Director or senior marketing role
  • Ability to lead as a senior member of the Marketing & Communications team

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for Ledger Live services (payments, CL Card, swaps, staking, on/off-ramps, etc.), ensuring adoption and long-term engagement
  • Define positioning and messaging for consumer services, ensuring alignment across product, design, growth, and communications
  • Drive service integration with Ledger Signer devices, articulating Ledger’s ecosystem story (hardware + services = the most trusted self-custody)
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning with product, design, engineering, and regional teams for new service rollouts and feature updates
  • Conduct and synthesize market research (customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory context) to inform strategy and sharpen differentiation
  • Create compelling storytelling and assets: web, app store, video, product explainers, campaigns, CRM flows, and more
  • Partner with performance marketing to design and optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns across channels (paid, CRM, lifecycle, referral, affiliate)
  • Own KPIs and dashboards to track growth, engagement, and ROI; drive a culture of test-and-learn to improve funnel performance
  • Establish thought leadership by cultivating relationships with partners, influencers, and industry voices in the Bitcoin and digital asset ecosystem
  • Drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Ledger’s consumer services (including hardware wallets, mobile apps, and digital asset management solutions) worldwide
