Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a martech-focused analyst role
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms
  • Experience integrating and maintaining marketing tooling such as GTM, MMPs, and Firebase
  • Understanding of marketing attribution frameworks (multi-touch, first/last-click, etc.)
  • Familiarity with scripting or statistical tools like Python or R (a plus)
  • Strong storytelling ability and a passion for interpreting data in a marketing context

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Product, Engineering, Finance) to unlock insights that shape marketing strategy, growth campaigns, and customer segmentation
  • Support testing strategies and measurement across digital marketing campaigns (A/B, incrementality, etc.)
  • Build dashboards, reports, and automation pipelines to deliver insights at scale
  • Develop marketing attribution models and LTV analyses in collaboration with finance and growth teams
  • Improve and enhance centralized attribution and cost data (e.g., spend, registrations, ROI)
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dives on campaign performance, audience segments, and attribution methodology to inform strategy
  • Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to design and implement data-driven workflows, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on campaign tagging, pixel implementation, data collection architecture, event taxonomy, and measurement partners (MMP)
  • Evaluate, integrate, and maintain new MarTech tools to improve marketing efficiency and ROI
