Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing data analysis, reporting, or analytics
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or HubSpot dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
  • Basic proficiency with SQL or other query languages
  • Demonstrated experience in segmentation, campaign performance measurement, and customer data management
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and improve marketing contact lists and CRM data
  • Design and execute data segmentation strategies
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to marketing leadership
  • Analyze campaign performance across email, paid media, website, and social channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective use of customer and campaign data
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for all customer and marketing data-related inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, reporting processes, and overall data strategy
  • Stay current with best practices in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and CRM data management
