Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline
Some experience in marketing and communications roles (prior experience in financial services is an advantage but not necessary)
Knowledge of Poppulo, Eloqua or other digital email marketing platforms
Proficient in using Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint and Forms
Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to establish strong business relationships with internal partners across the business and with Marketing & Communications members across the region in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning and project management skills
Strong team player with solid stakeholder management skills
Ability to produce high quality, high volume deliverables in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Manage the development and execution of Singapore marketing initiatives and campaigns, including eDMs and event invitations and registration forms using Eloqua
Manage the development of Singapore marketing collateral, product documentation and other creative material, and support alignment of collateral across the region
Manage the distribution process for promotional gifts and AIG apparel, maintaining the inventory log and ordering stock replenishment when required
Provide events management support for Singapore internal and external events such as staff updates, proprietary events and sponsorship activations, including assisting with the development and production of event marketing materials
Assist with marketing and communications review of materials and creatives developed by stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Support the delivery of Singapore communications and announcements when needed, including review and distribution
Support APAC countries, including Singapore, for website updates including adding or removing content
Support the maintenance of APAC-wide and Singapore distribution lists
Provide administrative support for the APAC and Singapore Marketing & Communications function, such as budget tracking and invoice submission, organising corporate photo shoots for executive bios, maintaining communication distribution lists, and vendor management
