Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience and designing
  • Full professional level fluency in Japanese

  • Experience in graphic design and video creation (even at a junior level)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Consumer Marketing to assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy and ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals
  • Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans (both offline and online) for given products and services to support the agreed marketing strategies and achievement of KPIs
  • Support the Head of Consumer Marketing to serve as a brand & marketing steward, ensuring our brand is always presented in alignment with brand vision and purpose
  • Support the development of a marketing strategy deck and analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Oversee administrative deliverables related to consumer marketing project management
  • Support the creation and execution of visually compelling digital marketing assets for social media, web, and campaign initiatives
  • Design graphics, layouts, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Edit video content for digital channels, including short-form and long-form videos, reels, and stories
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and deliver creative concepts for digital and social campaigns
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards and are optimized for various platforms and audiences, especially Gen Z
  • Stay current with design and video trends, applying new techniques and creative approaches to enhance engagement
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects for design and video production tasks
