Proven ability to architect production line setups and proficiency in data analysis tools for optimizing test time, yield, and throughput are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and teamwork abilities are necessary, along with hands-on experience with server-level testing and familiarity with automation tools.
The Manufacturing Test and Production Engineer will bridge the gap between hardware, software, and production, ensuring seamless testing and production line readiness for advanced AI systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement test stations for system-level and full server burn-in testing. The role involves developing detailed test plans, optimizing test time and yield, and analyzing test data to identify bottlenecks. Additionally, they will architect end-to-end production line flow in collaboration with ODMs and refine throughput models to meet production demands.
