Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring in science or engineering
- 3 years’ experience in a Quality or coordination role
- Good knowledge of QMS procedures; ISO9001 certified auditor
- Familiar with QA analysis tools and ability to use them to solve problems
- English oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Performing QMS related works daily
- Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Taking lead of Internal/External QMS audit
- Supporting internal/external quality issues root cause dig out and CLCA
- Seeking to resolve issues and escalating to the Quality and Project teams where required
- Driving internal quality improvement project based on the key performance matrix
- Creating, editing and reviewing documents to align with Baker Hughes global standards
- Conducting qualitative risk assessments, root cause analysis and providing corrective actions
