Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, majoring in science or engineering
  • 3 years’ experience in a Quality or coordination role
  • Good knowledge of QMS procedures; ISO9001 certified auditor
  • Familiar with QA analysis tools and ability to use them to solve problems
  • English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Performing QMS related works daily
  • Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
  • Taking lead of Internal/External QMS audit
  • Supporting internal/external quality issues root cause dig out and CLCA
  • Seeking to resolve issues and escalating to the Quality and Project teams where required
  • Driving internal quality improvement project based on the key performance matrix
  • Creating, editing and reviewing documents to align with Baker Hughes global standards
  • Conducting qualitative risk assessments, root cause analysis and providing corrective actions
