Requirements

8+ years expertise in driving end-to-end manufacturing quality at high-volume electronics (Consumer, Automotive, Medical devices), capable of flowing down design to manufacturing requirements, expert in leading all manufacturing quality activities, strong experience in compiling Process Control Plan, FATP SOP, PFMEA process and conducting reviews to meet target yield
Capable of developing/planning/driving action items for manufacturing process readiness, possess professional 7 QC tool hands-on skills, detail orientation, leadership, organized, and engagement
Capable of implementing manufacturing quality plan/process documents/quality requirements, manufacturing criteria, and independently driving continuous quality improvement (e.g., lessons learned, factory audits, SPC projects, CPK, GR&R, Maverick Lot Control, DOE, LEAN Six Sigma)
Expertise in IQC/IPQC, managing supplier quality, experienced in developing supplier part quality control plan and specified commodities supplier quality
5+ years SMT process expertise, can debug SMT issues and know well kitting/Solder paste printing/SPI/Reflow/Pick & place/AOI process details

Responsibilities

Actively follow up on assigned work R&R from manager to ensure all quality activities for Motive NPI projects, MP projects, and RMA FACA process are comprehensively fulfilled to meet expectations
Capable of daily basis leading/deep diving all diverse quality tasks/activities to fully engage CM partners to ensure all products comply with manufacturing quality process requirements to produce good quality products
Onsite at CM factory, conduct phase build audits when assigned by manager, produce comprehensive audit reports, and drive CM to implement effective FA/CA to resolve all issues for closure
Capable of proactively implementing manufacturing quality plan/process documents/quality requirements, manufacturing criteria, and independently taking initiatives to drive continuous quality improvement
