Requirements

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on electromechanical devices and systems
Bachelor’s degree in field with 0-2 years’ experience OR Master’s degree in field with 0-2 years’ experience (Engineering degrees in mechanical or electrical preferred)
Previous experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in hardware (preferred)
Previous experience in regulated industries (e.g. FDA, ISO) (preferred)

Responsibilities

Ensure quality meets desired standards, compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
Provide training to personnel on new processes, equipment and procedures
Track and meet key performance indicators
Solve technical issues and delays in production by driving to root cause
Develop, enhance, maintain and implement manufacturing methods, techniques, processes, and tooling on fabricated parts, components, subassemblies, and final products
Coordinate the implementation of changes due to process changes, product enhancements/revisions, and new product launches to ensure smooth transition to production floor ensuring all quality and validation requirements are met
Participate in Kaizen and process improvements events using the Danaher Business System (DBS) tools
