Requirements

  • Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing
  • Education level: LBO+/MBO, Process Operator A/B or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
  • Basic knowledge of GMP and EH&S
  • Ability to work in 5-shift schedule
  • Physical ability to work with moving equipment, parts, and cleaning agents; perform various postures, bending, climbing stairs, pushing, reaching, and repetitive work
  • Tolerance for protective clothing (shoes, gloves, face mask, beard/hairnet)
  • Adherence to GMP standards: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the daily production planning
  • Act on time and correctly in case of (expected and unexpected) deviations from the plan
  • Perform efficient Batch Separation or Change Over
  • Ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace according to GMP
  • Correctly document data in BMR, forms, logbooks, and tags
  • Work in one of the departments: Gel/Medicine, Encapsulation, or Post Production
