Responsibilities

  • Own multiple projects critical to the success of the site and manufacturing of P&G Always products
  • Deliver a detailed impact plan for manufacturing and engineering projects (e.g., process control and engineering, loss elimination, systems improvements, quality improvement)
  • Collaborate with dynamic, diverse individuals on manufacturing initiatives
  • Lead projects that challenge analysis, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Play an important role within the site, having a direct impact on the business with coaching from manager
  • Deliver expected project outputs by the end of the work term (e.g., report, analysis, presentation, toolkit) and attain required resources to complete them
