Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bachelor's preference for those who have completed at least 3 years in an engineering program at an accredited University)
Can start the role in May 2026 from Belleville, Ontario
Being a People’s Person (key skill for working in a large manufacturing site of over 1000 people)
Leadership and collaboration skills, demonstrated in academic/extracurricular activities
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
Own multiple projects critical to the success of the site and manufacturing of P&G Always products
Deliver a detailed impact plan for manufacturing and engineering projects (e.g., process control and engineering, loss elimination, systems improvements, quality improvement)
Collaborate with dynamic, diverse individuals on manufacturing initiatives
Lead projects that challenge analysis, problem solving, and communication skills
Play an important role within the site, having a direct impact on the business with coaching from manager
Deliver expected project outputs by the end of the work term (e.g., report, analysis, presentation, toolkit) and attain required resources to complete them
