Candidates need a Bachelor Degree in a technical or related field, experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in 3-D design, problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering or Maintenance, ability to read equipment drawings, experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, experience working in a union environment, and equipment troubleshooting are preferred.
